What is your cancellation policy?
You will receive a full refund with 48-hour notice before the event time. With less than 48-hour notice, you will receive a 50 percent refund or a complimentary change of tour date. With less than 24-hour notice or a no-show, there is no refund.

How much food is on each tour?
There is more than enough food on both the Finer Things Tour and the Seaside Tour. We recommend not eating before any tour.

Do you accommodate vegetarians and allergies?
Yes. Chefs can accommodate almost all allergies as long as you notify us 48 hours before the tour for the person with the allergy.

What is the difference between the two dinner tours?
The main difference is the restaurants and locations we visit. The Seaside Tour highlights local favourites in Woody Point. The Finer Things Tour focuses on local fine dining in Norris Point and Rocky Harbour. Both tours are excellent and equally popular, so you cannot make a wrong choice.

How long are we at each restaurant?
On the dinner tours, we spend about 40 minutes at each venue. The main course stop is longer, at about 75 minutes. Restaurants are prepared for our groups with food and wine ready, so the experience never feels rushed.

How do we travel between restaurants?
A shuttle is provided for both the Finer Things Tour and the Seaside Food Tour to move guests between locations. If it is raining, your guide will have umbrellas, but we still recommend dressing for the weather. Comfortable shoes are encouraged; dancing shoes are welcome!

What is your minimum and maximum group size?
Finer Things Tour: minimum of 3 people, maximum of 8.
Seaside Food Tour: minimum of 4 people, maximum of 10.
Private custom tours can range from 1 person to 40 people with enough advance notice.

How much does a tour cost?
Tour prices are listed on the website. The cost includes food, a private local guide, gratuities for restaurant staff, and shuttle pickup and drop-off. Compared to a three-course dinner at any restaurant we visit, it is excellent value. Water taxi service is not included.

Are group rates or tour buyouts available?
Yes. Groups of 8 or more full-price bookings receive a reduced rate. You can also buy out the tour with fewer than 8 people to ensure your group is the only one on the tour. Contact us for details.

What time and where do the tours start?
The Finer Things Tour starts at 5:30 pm at Neddies Harbour Inn, with shuttle pickup between 5:00 and 5:25 pm.
The Seaside Food Tour departs from Bonne Bay Inn in Woody Point at 6:00 pm.
Water taxi service is available for an additional fee for guests coming from either side of Bonne Bay.

How long are the tours?
Dinner tours are about 3 hours. Many guests stay longer at the final venue for drinks and live music.

Can I join a tour if I do not drink alcohol?
Yes. There will always be a non‑alcoholic drink option. The food alone is worth coming for.

Do you offer hotel pickup?
For the Seaside Tour, your guide meets guests at Bonne Bay Inn unless you pre‑reserve the water taxi. In that case, we pick you up at your accommodations, transfer you to the water taxi at 5 pm, and return you home at the end of the evening.
For the Finer Things Tour, shuttle pickup is arranged at least 24 hours in advance. The guide meets you at the first location, Neddies Harbour Inn.

Is there parking at the meeting venue?
Yes. There is self‑parking at both Neddies Harbour Inn and Bonne Bay Inn. We do not recommend driving if you plan to drink alcohol. Most accommodations are a short walk or taxi ride from the final food stop.

Is there a minimum age for your food tours?
Food tours are for adults 19 years and older. Private tours can be arranged for families with children under the age of maturity.

Is there a dress code?
No. Restaurants in Gros Morne welcome everything from hiking clothes to fancy dinner wear. Smart casual is most common. Wear comfortable footwear for walking between restaurants and dress for the weather.
